Back to business

Now that the excitement of the wedding is over and everything can get back to normal....well as normal as we allow it....I was able to finish two projects.
First is Happy Easter which is going to be finished into a small pin pillow with the fabrics laying beside it.  I love the purples....

....and I was finally able to finish the Patriotic Scissor Pocket by Scarlett House.  This one I'm not sure how I'm going to finish it.  Frame?  Pillow?  Round Hoop?  I just don't know.  Let me know your thoughts on it.

I've put a few more stitches into Snow Days....

I'm loving it on the Glenshee Linen.

I have to find another small  project to start but I'm also thinking of starting a new hexagon quilt.  I posted several months ago about a collection of William Marcus fabrics that I purchased and I've just been thinking about this quilt for weeks now.  It will take days to cut out all the hexagons which is the part I hate.  I love doing the hand sewing but the cutting.....yuk!

I've placed 3 new patterns in my store if you're interested in them.

Hope you all have a Blessed week,
Barbara

Congratulations on both finishes! My favorite is the patriotic though. What about creating a ditty bag which could hang with greenery or baby's breath and a flag? Good progress on the snow piece!

Cute projects.
Can't wait to see your finishes of them.
The Patriotic piece would make a cute seasonal pillow.

Two gorgeous finishes! I love the idea of a little bag or pouch from the Patriotic Scissor Pocket.
