Slowly working on the SAL

Just a quick post to show the work I have done on the Chatelaine SAL.  I'm really enjoying stitching on the 20ct. Jobelan using two threads.  I think I'm going to order some of this in white or cream and do some hand dyeing just to see how it turns out.  This is a great alternative to 40ct. linen....which my eyes do not like....to get that small stitching I love.  I don't know what I'll do when my eyes no longer like 36 or 32ct.  Not looking forward to that day at all.
Hope everyone is having a blessed day and staying cool wherever you are,
Barbara

This is very pretty! I know what you mean - 40 ct is more than my eyes can handle. good thing they make so many pretty linens in 32 and 36 ct!

Love those colors.... so pretty and dainty. I like 40 but like you am finding it easier to stitch on 20 ct. Can't wait to see how your dying looks...

happy stitching...
