I've reached the point of giving up. I have taken inventory in my sewing room and have decided that I must give up on one of my hobbies. From the standpoint of which one takes up the most room, it is hands down Cross Stitching. Therefore I am going to be selling all of my cross stitch inventory. This will include patterns, fabrics and fibers. I'm going to sell off my entire collection of Just Nan designs, The Drawn Thread, Blackbird Designs and many more that I've collected over the years. In this economy I want to get the most I can for all of items I've collected so I will be selling all of this on Ebay and open it up to worldwide bidding. I don't do this lightly but I've come to the point in my life where I just don't enjoy it anymore and I prefer quilting, knitting and crocheting more.
I also have tons of smalls that I've stitched and finished and these will be sold also. I will keep you all up to day as to when these auctions will start.

I'm sorry to see you will be giving up stitching. You are SO talented with your beautiful stitching and finishing work. I do understand the downsizing, though. I sold quite a bit on Facebook several months back, but still have more than I will ever stitch.

Good for you! Decisions like this are hard to make, but at times, necessary. Most of us aren't as brave.
