This pattern is available at Ravelry.com and is free to all members. The name of the pattern is "Center Row Lace Headband/Neck Warmer by Mary Shaw". It's very simple to join and I find it's a haven of wonderful patterns, message boards and all around great information about knitting and crocheting.
