I have just posted a pretty large amount of linen fabric on Never Enough Stash.  I'm really thinning out my cross stitch supplies so over the next several days I'll be adding to the sale.
If you interested, you can find them

I am looking for this pattern.   The lady who was working on this passed away and her family would like to have it finished, unfortunately they can't find the pattern.  I have posted it on Stitcher's Village and here and if anyone can help me locate this pattern, I would greatly appreciate it.

I debated about what I wanted to do for my September SAL page for quite awhile and finally it came to me.  I wanted a page that gave tribute to one of the best designers I ever had the pleasure of meeting and stitching several of her beautiful designs.....Marilyn Leavitt-Imblum.  On this page I used her lavender Needlepaints to do the design at the bottom and with the lace around the outside represents Lavender & Lace.  The angel is her first freebie she published and it's called her "Amish Angel".  I thought that would be a good representation of her Told In A Garden series.  The Butternut Road ones I just couldn't come up with anything so I added the little angel charm to represent that.  She is sadly missed in the cross stitch designing world.

When Jenn has a good idea I usually follow along and 99% of the time I'm glad I did.  This was one of those times.  I've asked my DH many times to make me a stand to hold some of my scissor collection and he's never made a start.  I told Jenn this and her idea was the finished box below.  It holds all my favorite scissors and inside are the others plus all the scissor fobs I have.

She also added some embroidery to mine for that added personal touch.  She is such a pro at embroidery....something I am absolutely lousy at.  I've already expressed my lack of ability to do lazy daisy stitches.  I wanted my box to have that primitive look and she absolutely nailed it.

She is offering these up for sale and the size and shape vary.  These will have different themes and will be all hand made.....whether they have stitching on them or painted.  The prices will vary on the detail involved.  If you have any questions, please email her at leftsox@yahoo.com.

PS.  Her Halloween box is finished and can be viewed here.

I had such a good time stitching Miss Peepers and as you can see, she's adorable.  I love Dianne's designs...they make you smile and feel good.  The pic below is what she looked like right off the frame.....

....and the one below is what she looks like all finished up in her ribbons, lace, buttons and bows.  I thought Miss Peepers deserved some extra touches.  Miss Rhonda, she is finished and ready to be shipped out.  I hope you love her as much as I loved stitching her.

Now for the giving away of the pattern and threads.  I used the random number thingy and it came up with the number 10 which is Lisa V.  I have emailed her and I hope she enjoys stitching this design as much as I did and sends Miss Peepers unto her next home.

Have you ever stitched something and then later on you discover you're very tired of looking at it?  Well I have and I have them at very, very low prices in my "Stitches for Sale" store.  These are mostly pincushions, pinkeeps, biscornus and thread keepers.  Pay attention to the shipping.  One item shipped within the U.S. is $3.00 but if you purchase 3 or more items, the shipping is free.

I've been working on my August page for the SAL and also Miss Peepers.  The SAL page has counted thread work and my one and only attempt at tatting.  I truthfully didn't enjoy it at all.
Miss Peepers is coming along nicely and I should have it finished by the end of this week.  We will then draw a name for the next person to stitch it.
We've had some changes happening at our house.  Our daughter Jenn, her husband Daniel and their 4 boys are now living with us.   They were suppose to settle in Pensacola but that job fell thru for Daniel and now they are living here.  We don't have a super large house but everyone is making due and getting along fine.  The oldest boy, Dalton who is 15, is so excited because he will get to play high school football where his daddy played.  All the boys are great helpers but I am waiting for school to start on the 19th.  LOL
