Hello, hello, hello. Hope everyone is doing good on this fine Thursday. The weekend is almost here and that means yard work. Yuk!
I just finished from Cathy at Hand's On Designs her Pomegranate Pocket and it was a fun stitch! I now wish I had deviated from Cathy's directions and made it a padded pocket....I always like them better for some reason. I knew Cathy about 20 years ago while working in a local LNS here in Florida and I wish her nothing but success with her designs.

I love how she stitched the pincushion and the finishing for it. If you stitch this design, follow Cathy's instructions carefully. It's a might tricky.
Thank you Cathy for designing such a fantastic pattern!
Vickie.....now it's your turn.

Lovely set you created from Cathy's pattern, Barbara! Enjoy your upcoming weekend!

Beautiful! Yes, I will be stitching this up. Not yet though. ;)
ReplyDeleteCathy has a very creative mind. It is neat that you know her.
Great looking pocket!
ReplyDeleteA lovely set...
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely set! I like the pocket as it is.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful finishes. I met Cathy at the PALS retreat a couple years ago. She's a nice gal.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful set. I love the colour pomegranate. When I was little the only thing I knew about pomegranates was the Persephone ate one in the Underworld. I had never seen one in real life and did not know they were this glorious colour!
