2015 Finishes

I am looking for this pattern.   The lady who was working on this passed away and her family would like to have it finished, unfortunately they can't find the pattern.  I have posted it on Stitcher's Village and here and if anyone can help me locate this pattern, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Have you tried contacting the village itself? I didn't find a chamber of commerce but I'd think someone at this site might try to help you http://www.chardon.cc/
